Update

It does not solved the unloading drivers, the driver installation does not persist between reboots and installation is required almost every time to use the scanner, contrary to the FAQ on the Epson site there are no Windows 11 native drivers available, and if the Epson drivers are uninstalled and Windows 11 does not recognise the scanner

The disappearing dialogue buttons issue is back in Windows 11 22H2 update, no fixes from Epson seen so far, but reinstalling the previous patch seems to fix it. That is the file ESCU_W11.exe

Old medium wave transmitter Radio 10 Gold to Radio Caroline : The former English sea transmitter Radio Caroline has been broadcasting since last week with more power on the medium wave.
